My return to Aelia, North Carolina originally centered on entering this church and executing my enemy that leads this flock. Then, I cross paths and find her. It's strange how you meet the love of your life in unlikely places. Or so people say. A church is the last place I’d find myself drawn to someone. Or find peace.
After all, as I’m in God’s place of worship, the goal isn’t to gain forgiveness from Him. My heart doesn’t need to be filled with His light, and all that. Instead, it craves to bloodshed. It’s occupied with the need to murder His shepherd and wipe him out for good. She has only become a benefit to my plans.
