Keres Ironcrown always wanted to open up her own book store. A dark romance and horror author thought it was the dream business when she thought of starting one back in January 2023. But she thought a physical shop was always out of reach, and it would take a long time to establish one. It wasn't until March of 2024 when her friend Cat, another bookseller gave her the idea of opening up online.

Why didn't she think of that before? That was brilliant.

At first, Keres only had dark romance and horror books to sell. But then once the store got bigger, she expanded to all genres. A place where to find the spooky, spicy and sweet all in one. Not only that, but here at Poison Pomegranate, we also provide cute and beloved new and handmade gifts to take home with your new favorite story.

Here, it's a goth mom's paradise. But it's also a place where we want everyone from all walks of life to feel at home and grab what they need and what they enjoy the most.
